Standard Ceiling Fan Installation

 Complete removal, assembly and installation of a standard ceiling fan with or without light kit. We will install a standard ceiling fan you supply on an existing fan-rated j-box and existing fan circuit.

Limited to ceiling heights up to 12 feet. Ceiling fan must weigh less than 50 pounds. Excludes installations in stairwells and  pitched ceilings. Furnishing and installing a fan-rated j-box is an extra charge (if your existing j-box is not fan-rated.)
